As a Bank of America Customer Service and Sales Specialist I am responsible for providing seamless delivery of service, sales and fulfillment requests in a customer contact environment. Ninety five percent of my time is on the phone interacting and speaking directly with customers. In addition to answering service inquiries, I am responsible for optimizing sales opportunities on each call. I am required to achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high quality call standards.
