I am currently working within Human Resources for the United States Forest Service, here at the Albuquerque Service Center. I work in the Internal Operations department, on the Process Improvements Team. My team uses a variety of process improvement tools to continually assess the efficiency of our processes and develop new and innovative ways of conducting how we do business at every level. Our primary mission is to make our HR processes more efficient and effective.

Managed two Albuquerque locations as well as one Dallas, TX store location, employing approximately 9 Managers and 20 sales associates. Recruited, hired, and trained store managers, assistant managers, and sales associates on leadership principles, store operations, and customer service.
