• Leader of company-wide program management / product team, which is responsible for implementing our media stack (CMS, Video, Encoding, Streaming, Services, Privacy, Data Analytics, Telemetry) on all digital platforms (web, iOS, Android, Connected TV devices). Included brands: CNN, Bleacher Report, NCAA March Madness Live, NBA.com, NBA team sites, NBA League Pass, HBO, TBS, Adult Swim, TMZ, ellentube, and others.• Responsible for coordinating company-wide CCPA / GDPR compliance.• Oversight of 1st-party data technical implementation across the company (reducing dependence on 3rd party cookies and signaling). Supports evolving advertising models.• Coordination of consumer privacy efforts across the company, working closely with Legal stakeholders.• Responsible for structuring programs across disparate organizational hierarchies.• Management of $20M Entertainment, News & Sports 2020 capital budget for Consumer Data Experience initiative (CCPA, Privacy, 1st-party Data Stewardship). Involves managing relationships with several vendors, in addition to internal coordination.• Champion of nurturing stakeholder relationships and coaching internal talent.• Managed tech stack includes: JavaScript, NextJS, golang, React Native, Node, Docker on AWS, AWS lambda, MEAN, MERN, Swift, Kotlin, BrightScript, MongoDB.
