Developed new senior living communities in the New England and New York markets including acquisitions, financial analysis, feasibility studies, competative analysis, zoning, permitting, and civil/architectural design.

Developed industrial and residential property in Eastern Massachusetts including property acquisition, zoning/permitting, site design, and sales. Provided consultation to regional and national builders regarding land development issues.

Managed the land development department in MA, RI, and NH including contract management, construction oversight, subdivision design, permitting/approvals, due diligence, engineering and project close-out.

Construction management and oversight for a Superfund environmental restoration project and construction of the sewer outfall tunnel at the Deer Island waste water treatment facility.
