Residential home construction sales. Worked primarily with move up buyers in the 200K to 450K price range. Responsibilities: working with architecture department for design changes, interior selection build outs including cabinetry, flooring, electrical placement, color selections, etc...... Point of contact & liaison for the entire 120 to 180 day construction process. Worked with building client, superintendents and sub-contractors to ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction process. Worked post closing with clients to ensure client satisfaction with product, warranty and community.
