Manage all incoming and outgoing parts to the state of Iowa

My wife had wanted to get married in her home state of Iowa & I noticed this position open on Linkedin so I applied for it and before I knew it MHC was flying me out to IA for an interview. Came out to IA with high expectations for MHC and was dissapointed to find out that this dealership just had opened and all staff including managment were new to the industry. I trained our staff on CDL traing and was able to get the whole team through their CDL tests.

This being a mom and pop dealer we as sales staff did everything ourselves from taking pics and cleaning to advertising the whole country over.

Worked front counter parts to learn then went to the service side and helped customers and techs find the parts they were looking for, eventually leading to a grave yard shifty by myself for a year.

Watched over and counted inventory at one of MHC's largest locations. Did everything from stock the shelves to hand pick orders and prep for delivery drivers.
