 Managed 17-person team of network administrators, architects, technicians, system administrators, server administrators, and security analysts to support the ARDOT technology infrastructure. Implemented first cloud environments for ARDOT. Successfully negotiated three enterprise agreements with major vendors saving over $550K Developed and implemented several technology processes and policies to improve efficiencies to include change management, onboarding, vendor access, and new security processes. Work with ARDOT leadership to develop technology solutions to meet business requirements. Managed a $1.2 million wireless expansion project for all ten districts and maintenance annexes across the state of Arkansas. Successfully managed an enterprise Oracle ERP, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementation. Able to successfully recover multiple technology projects which had stalled and was able to bring them to completion. Selected by executive leadership to serve on a committee to develop Key Performance Indicators for the organization. Provided support during COVID-19 remote work and maintained stability on projects while transforming business processes. Selected to serve on five technology procurement committees and developed processes for evaluations.

Successfully established a non-profit organization from the beginning. Developed and managed non-profit organization budget. Effectively raised funds through various organizations to support church plant. Oversaw all levels of ministry within the church and supervised all staff and volunteers. Served as president of Central Washington Baptist Association. Created and maintained website and social media accounts for church and association. Developed and communicated training and presentations weekly. Coordinated and planned community programs to include an annual Christmas parade.

Developed and managed youth and music ministry budgets. Led several short-term mission trips with over thirty volunteers. Trained volunteers, provided education to youth and parents. Overhauled church audio-visual equipment and performed installation of equipment. Created and maintained church website and social media accounts. Maintained and upgraded church computer systems for office support, accounting and audio-visual teams.

Simultaneously managed several state level information technology projects. Developed and managed project scope, tasks, deliverables and budgets. Established and built project teams and team cohesion. Assisted in leading annual department vision and project selection executive conference. Served as the communications team leader for the Arkansas Emergency Management Team. Collaborated with other state agencies, contractors and government officials to lead project teams. Performed budget, scope, task and project outcomes on previous and current projects. Successfully restored projects that were previously mismanaged.

Managed an integration project team of 14 personnel that integrated over 7,500 logistic computer systems and trained over 8,000 Army National Guard soldiers in all 54 states, districts and territories. Responsible for all local human resource actions and policies to include hiring, recruiting, employee training, and employee evaluations. Conducted business development efforts that created $1.7million in additional revenue and sales. This effort also created relationships and revenue with new customers. Experience with contract proposal writing, review and contract management. Conducted resource planning and coordinated efforts with multiple contractors and government agencies. Responsible for high level briefings with customers and company executives. Developed a full spectrum of training courses for multiple levels of system users to include the program of instruction and training of instructors. Experienced in planning and execution of operations in locations in Germany, throughout the United States and U.S. territories.

Conducted integration & training of digital logistic system throughout 172D SBCT. Designed and operated a CISCO wireless network in office and tactical environments. Developed Program of Instruction materials encompassing curriculum development, and current and future course analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation. Identified necessary training resources then coordinated for availability and conducted setup of classroom. Coordinated with Brigade leadership for training time and provided detailed analysis of target audience. Provided technical guidance and expertise to Brigade leadership in the development of Techniques, Tactics, & Procedures (TTPs) for Logistical operations. Independently provided initial and sustainment training to over six hundred soldiers of the 172D SBCT.

Successfully led Infantry Rifle Squad while maintaining high standards and accountability of all equipment. Conducted numerous logistical operations in tactical environments. Managed Company training room by ensuring training was coordinated, tracked, and conducted to standard. Provided soldier training in numerous subject areas on a regular basis to include individual and small unit training. Developed and implemented Company and Battalion level Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Received Commendation from 101ST Airborne Division (Air Assault), Assistant Division Commander of Operations for superior performance in maintenance operations at the unit level. Participated in countless Field Training Exercises, Deployment Readiness Drills, six rotations to the Joint Readiness Training Center, and one rotation to the National Training Center. Deployed to Panama for Operation Safe Haven.
