Looking after 3 stores with the revenues of $440,000+-​Ensuring all operations plan & objectives duties are looked after-​Ensure all AVA/HACCP license are renewed and NEA checks are conducted-​Implemented a system to track licenses expiry to ease operational tracking time-​Manage all stores MSR/ Monthly sales report are proper and in order for reporting to HQ-​Tallying of daily operational log book as well as sales figure & conducting check on cash float, change, documentation & collection-​Work well with VPA and VPO on improvement programs for benefits to staff to curb retention-​Manpower Planning-​Rostering-​Quality Assurance & Control-​Monitor restaurant quality, service, cleanliness & value-​Training and Development of all service and kitchen staff-​Enrolling and registering course based on employee’s competency gap-​Liaise with HR staff on employment and recruitment of foreign workers and local staff-​Conduct interviews for all vacancies-​Work with agencies on vacancies and negotiate on terms and conditions.-​Work with policy team to enhance current policy and implement new enhancement ones-​Ensure new policies and employment act changes are updated-​Corrected wrongly implemented practices and revised outdated policies-​Handled payroll for entire unit.-​Shorten the payroll process and managed to obtain 100% accuracy and time efficiency.
