Major Responsibilities:Establish and follow through with yearly Wholesale inventory booking plans based on market share and sales history.Achieve wholesale, retail targets and market share targets using the available marketing and training available from the manufacturer.Help the motorcycle dealers evolve and guide them in establishing dealer processes to better control this evolution

Establish and follow through with yearly action plans based on market share, customer satisfaction index and dealership profitability.Achieve wholesale, retail targets and market share targets using the available marketing and training available from the manufacturer.

Major Responsibilities:Manage monthly advertising funds through the dealer advertising association totaling anywhere from $800.000.00 to one million dollars of dealership co-op funds distribution and spending.Follow and co-ordinate with the GTA dealers action plans to achieve retail market share objectives.Develop the dealer network in order to attain a competitive advantage in my market area.

Major Responsibilities:Developing a dealer network in order to achieve sales targets.Assist dealers in training in-house sales personnel, marketing the brand in their market area, maintaining sufficient inventory to achieve profit and market share target. Lead dealer group in area advertising associations.
