Product Planning Analyst will be responsible for demand forecasting, budgeting and inventory for all consumer & business CPE. Product planning analyst will actively engage in and co-lead the collaborative forecasting and planning process with the stakeholders. Reporting to Lead Manager CPE, responsible for ensuring accuracy of forecast, budget, compliance on business rules and inventory levels and will work closely with product, supply chain and operational teams. Product planning analyst will also support in scenario building, business cases and dashboard reporting to the management.

The Qualification Process and Qualification platform expert of the Quality Assurance team is mainly responsible for the preparation, direction / supervision, presentation and approval of user acceptance tests (UAT) for all projects involving the Quality Assurance team, introduction of new products and / or modification of the existing products of the company. It is also the responsibility as an architect / integrator of the automatic platform to evolve it according to the future needs identified by the company as well as the management of a team working under its direction. The scope of the mandate focuses primarily on the elements impacting the testing, assessment, planning and configuration of the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) used to provide Video, Ethernet, WiFi & VoIP services. Its main objective is the method of qualifying the level of Customer Quality of Experience (QoE). He will coordinate and supervise the implementation of the tools and processes of qualification. The Digital Video Engineer shall follow up on digital video technology deployment projects and their budgets, establish and audit Digital Video Compression (DVC) architecture plans in Quebec , and handle special projects that affect other divisions. Incumbent shall also implement and make recommendations for the evolution of components related to digital video, management systems and interactive and related applications. He/she must ensure the integrity and quality of all digital services offered by helping plan increases in systems capacity.
