Manager of Link’s RITE-Train Instructor Operator Station (IOS) and Adaptive Training Sequencer. Worked with business development and senior technical architects to identify market needs and align the RITE-Train system to meet and exceed those needs. I was responsible for all business and technical aspects of the RITE-Train IOS and Adaptive Training Sequencer products.Manager and Program Lead for Link’s Physics Based Environment Generator HD™ (PBEG HD). Link’s PBEG HD™ is a Computer Generated Forces (CGF) augmentation system that incorporates complex artificial intelligence technologies with physics engines to create a much more realistic training environment. I managed all aspects and teams of PBEG HD™ deliveries to programs and was responsible for technology strategy and roadmap, schedule and planning, cost account management, earned value management, contract proposals, internal and external customer relationships, and successful project executions. Managed and lead all project management specific activities and teams for full software development lifecycle, from bid and proposal to program execution to final customer sign-off. Concurrently as the software lead, I lead the effort to transition our internal PBEG R&D project into a complete Link Standard Product. During that transition, I was also the lead for the campaign to sell the new product to the Predator Mission Aircrew Training System (PMATS) customer. That sales campaign was a huge success and I then lead the multi-site execution team (who were located in Texas, New York and Florida) through final customer sell-off. That first PBEG HD™ contract delivery was awarded the IITSEC 2009 Governor’s Award for Simulation and Modeling.
