As Business Development Manager my role is responsible for investigating new business ventures that incorporate our structural steel capabilities, in order to get into new revenue streams that are not our core business which is overhead sign structures. Metal Pros is a complete metal fabrication company that designs & manufactures architectural hand & pedestrian railings, stairs, ladders, & platforms for water treatment plants & refineries. By being flexible in our business plan we can incorporate new revenue streams with similar products into our processes & we do not need to make any changes internally. We are an AISC & ISO certified fabrication shop while performing our own NDTs, certifying our welders in house while utilizing our in house design/detail team take a project from concept to completion.

Superior Air manufactures and sells custom designed systems for dust collection, air cleaners, mist collectors along with downdraft tables for manufacturing companies. We support clean work environments to meet OSHA and insurance standards for any size company or individual businesses.

Responsible for spare parts, service, preventative maintenance, along with inspections for the industry leader in drag conveyors. Tramco builds drag conveyors for the ethanol industry, the biomass industry, flour milling, and has the ability to design & manufacture bulk flow, bucket elevators and drag conveyors for the agriculture industry. We utilize the strongest group of industry leaders to provide a one stop opportunity for all of your drag conveyor needs.

I am responsible for researching and bringing new Biomass projects to AESI. Once the potential project is in house it is up to our Engineering staff and Sales staff to provide proposals and to close the business.

Responsible for Start Up clarification of HRSG, Economizer and Boilers as well as dealing with Warranty and punch list items once project is operational.

Sold services, spare parts, new technology and provided customer service to all of the Ethanol Industry as well as dealing direct with plants in an assigned territory.

Sold TV advertising to potential businesses as well as existing business customers.
