About Eric Gimenez

First R&D employee at the beginning of my career, this experience led me to discover the professional world in the qualification of new operating procedures of tests on medical products in order to guarantee them an impeccable quality.The world of Aeronautics then opened its doors to me, where I could devote myself to conceptualizing and implementing solutions to ensure the quality of aircraft.New skills acquired in this exciting world for over 15 years now (Lean Manufacturing, Coaching, Training, Project Management, Compliance & Non Product Compliance, Aeronautical Regulations, Agile, Practical Problem Solving) and the opportunity to consolidate my knowledge through two university courses (Master’s) have led me to develop the importance of Product Quality within Airbus Helicopters and provide Quality staff with sustainable Solutions/Tools.Managing a transnational team, the solutions/tools implemented are deployed in the parent company and subsidiaries.Entrepreneurial spirit and team player, my pragmatic approach and my ideas characterize my personality. Not to mention the openness to the world, and an exacerbated desire for travel.
