Leading teams responsibile for building and deploying Sony's on-prem and cloud global information security infrastructure.

Managed the Security Operations Team, responsible for the operation of information security tools and processes securing on-prem and cloud resources.

Managed the Business Operations domain, a DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) accredited environment supporting the general and administrative information technology needs of the laboratory. Responsibilities included end user support, application and website development, information security operations, vulnerability management, patch management, and infrastructure.

Established the Service Delivery team with personnel located in the U.S., Japan, and Singapore with responsibility for managing the end-to-end delivery of information security tools and services to Sony Group Companies globally. Security technologies included network IDS/IPS, network forensics, next generation firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint security products.

Managed the Global Security Incident Response Team (GSIRT) Operations, Architecture and Endpoint Systems teams, and GSIRT’s Network Operations Center with personnel located in the U.S. Japan, U.K., and India. Responsibilities included directing the architectural design and deployment of GSIRT managed tools to Sony Group Companies, to include IDS/IPS, network forensics systems, endpoint systems, SIEM devices, and support systems.

Managed the Global Security Incident Response Team (GSIRT) Operations, Endpoint Systems team and the global deployment and administration of endpoint systems.

Managed the Systems Operations Section (SOS) and the security network supporting the Congressional community.

Managed the Project Planning Section (PPS) and security installation program consisting of information technology and electronic security system projects ranging in value up to $6 million.
