Mandate: Make the migration architecture of the new professional solution for managing communications with Desjardins brokerage clients. Mandate: Migrate some systems and automate manual practices. Meet with the various clients to analyze the 6 main processes for the production of the management committee's monitoring report data and define software architecture. Produce a design to give to developers (also participated in development). Track development, code reviews and releases. Realisations : • Migration of systems • Establishment of a mini-data warehouse for the production of monthly results • Implementation of a "Pub / Sub" principle to instantly inform the resources that their data are ready and thus speed up the sequence of events • Automation of loading and calculation of data for all teams targeted by the mandate • Presentation of initiatives for approval to different clients • Animation of the different IT meetings: o Follow-up meeting with the developers o Follow-up meeting with several stakeholders related to system tie-ups (architects) o Follow-up meeting with manager

Mandate: Design software that meets business needs and is aligned with corporate standards. Be responsible for the quality of delivered solutions, which must be easy to support and evolve. Demonstrate leadership with other developers and analysts, keep them motivated, see their training and make their lives easier. Realisations : • Establishes an automated application build and test launch (Tu / Ti) to respond to instability related to compilation on different workstations and regression issues. • Designs and develops interfaces (SOA) that facilitate real-time communications for the Caisse's two largest software packages. This significantly speeds up and facilitates updates, data extraction and inter-team interventions. • Migrates MsAccess and VB6 applications to .Net • Structures work and test environments, enabling the scaling and management activities of these environments to be accelerated by over 35%, as well as simplifying interactions between team members. • Structures the implementation of complex projects, which makes all the difference between successful projects and some projects that fail (example to support on request). • Establishes a development practice and an in-house training system supported by members of Fixed Income teams. This makes it possible to standardize internal practices in addition to generating dynamism and proximity that significantly increases the productivity of the team. • Develops a solution (IntMx) that runs on Windows and Unix systems, including several different technologies.

Mandate: Implementation of various technological solutions in an agile environment by playing, most of the time, all the roles during the whole software lifecycle (analysis, architecture, design, development and support in production). Specialization in complex applications and the integration of the software interface (ex: Murex, FrontInvest). Realisations : • Exceeds customer expectations by setting up (development, design and coordination of activities) an application portfolio (eg ImportMx, APOG, IntMX and many more) which greatly facilitates their activities. • Increases the team's performance by guiding technical achievements (definition of requirements, advice and code review) with a global vision of future projects and quick needs (quickwin). • Demonstrates availability by supporting developers, acting as a consultant and coaching trainees. • Refines the selection of applicants through a pre-interview exam

Mandate: Analyze and carry out the different projects required by the director. Suggest improvements that can optimize internal processes. Realisations :• Restores and implements the WHO II project that was failing. The project is finally delivered on time. • Accelerates stock trading with the design, analysis and implementation of the automatic stock exchange approval system for compliance. Traders no longer have to validate their transactions over the phone. • Reduces operating costs by centralizing the extraction of financial data (source: Bloomberg, Pacer and Rime) and making them available to the rest of the systems and resources. • Optimizes the performance of several systems that have been in place for a few years, reducing incidents and other risks of data loss.

Mandate: Coach the daily activities of a team of developers (assignment, quality assessment, approval of MEP), organize team meetings and meet with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Realize proof of concept, analysis and implementation of some new complex features. Realisations :• Participates in implementing practices and C2 for the entire development team to improve the management and tracking of customer requests. • Organizes and facilitates daily meetings with the team and another with clients. • Provides security, corruption analysis, remediation, and alerting, ensuring stability and availability of the source code vault. • Analyzes, conceptualizes and develops the modifications made to the Phoenix application.

Mandate: Analyze and develop project elements and provide support to users. Realisations : • Simplifies support for the main accounting report by 20% by implementing a tool for validating accounting data flows by category and displaying errors. • Optimizes the speed of the application by over 30% by reviewing all Oracle SQL queries. • Establishes a practice of reviewing the team code to ensure compliance with development standards and validation of unit / integrated tests. • Automates CMHC communications processing: accounts receivable processing and new claims analysis screen. • Develops new screens that allow approval of payments.
