I am a dedicated, focused individual that is goal and problem-solving oriented, and strive for excellence. I have been a consultant in the SAP workspace since 2007 with my focus area being SAP HCM. My SAP HCM experience includes Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management with specialisation in HCM Payroll and Personnel Administration. I have participated in SAP implementations, support role and upgrades in the following industries:• Mining• Banking• Government (Parastatal) • Manufacturing. I have over 5 years’ experience working for one the world’s largest SAP HCM consulting and implementation partners called EPIUSE as a Personnel Administration and Payroll consultant using ASAP methodology for implementation and upgrades.I have two full life cycle implementation for Personnel Administration and Payroll, both of them where for foreign based companies. One in Namibia where I was the payroll lead and the second one was a country version development for SAP, where I was part of a team that designed and developed the payroll country version for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.I have developed essential client management skills and have an excellent track record at facilitating the design and implementation of business solutions.Experience with all related implementation activities such as training, testing, data conversion, cutover etc.
