Starting out in retail over 30 years ago managing teams and selling cars, I have a deep understanding of the dealer and consumer experience. Since then I have had the opportunity to work for some amazing companies; Household Auto Finance, DealerTrack in the early days and Autobase the #1 CRM in the automotive space in the late 2000s all of which have given me the experience to understand consumers and the shopping process on a very deep level and how dealerships can use technology and services to meet the consumer where they are.
