• Co-architect for the FLEX Schedule project for the customer, Anheuser-Busch, used by all 68 packaging plant lines and completely configurable for each of the various plant lines’ unique equipment and conveyor configurations and scheduling/reporting needs. Designed and coded a virtual real-time, n-tiered solution using C# .NET and VB .NET, Oracle 10 PL/SQL, object-oriented design patterns, adaptive methodologies, UML diagramming, MS Enterprise Library, and NUnit automated testing: A Windows service using C# .NET to track production orders at each stage of packaging—filling, labeling, packing, etc.—using .NET Remoting, and report statistics in virtual real time. A Windows service interface between the system and various PLCs/controls using OPC communications protocol and .NET remoting. Two different configurable graphical user interfaces reporting real-time activity using VB .NET: a Plant Floor Schedule (PFS) for operators and a Real-Time Schedule (RTS) for supervisors and planners, using remoting and serialized events to transfer real-time data to the display windows.• Member of the 5-member development team for Production Activity Reporting (PAR) software for the customer, Anheuser-Busch. Designed and coded various parts of PAR for the Windows platform: Stored procedures using Sybase 12 SQL, A data entry application using VB6, An XML engine DLL using VB6, All of the web reports for IIS using ASP, JavaScript, XML, XSL, ChartFX, HTML, and Converted the existing web report code from ASP to ASP.NET.
