CurrentResponsible for Operations administration and for significant contributions to the formulation, development, implementation, and administration of Credit Union policies and business goals. Organizes plans, directs, and controls the full scope of operational delivery of services to members through Branch Managers, Member Services and Lending. Oversight of purchasing, facilities, records, and security functions. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the Credit Union’s lending and loan processing services including mortgage and real estate loans, business loan services, and member insurance functions. Ensures lending operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures and legal requirements. Ensure lending activities result in maximum volume, appropriate profit, and a minimal delinquency ratio. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of lending and loan processing services. Ensures the quality control and verification of Credit Union lending and deposit related compliance, communications, data processing, reporting, and financial processes. Develops policies, procedures, and training to ensure efficient and effective operations. Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate managers and ensures that all services are professionally delivered and customers are well served. Participates in the general management and growth of the organization.
