This job taught me work ethic and punctuality from an early age. We would be in the truck at 7 am every morning rain or shine and wouldn’t get back until the job was done.

I worked with Momentum Solar during the summer of my junior year and I learned a lot from it. My bosses held hour-long meetings every morning about anything from managing your home life, to building rapport with customers. One of my bosses even made it on the Forbes 30 under 30 list while I was working with him. Aside from everything I learned from my bosses, I also greatly improved my conversation skills. Knocking on that many doors and talking with that many unhappy potential customers taught me how to immediately grab someone’s attention and keep their interest.

I worked here for a few months last Spring. My main responsibility was dropping off the delivery orders but they didn’t get a lot of them. I spent most of my time cleaning the restaurant, restocking, making product orders, preparing the food, and helping customers. This job taught me a lot about how to manage my time and also how to deal with customers when they have a problem.
