Interaction both verbal and written is a requirement to communicate effectively with a diverse audience: from Executive Leadership, doctors, clinical staff, and general personnel. Objectives are met by applying data analytics, developing action plans, generating cost benefit analysis, risk assessments, and running root cause analysis.
