As head of IT Data, Analytics & Innovation France, the role of my team is to inspire then empower business teams when dealing with data (from foundations to AI through analytics incl. data factory, self-service usages, data science labs, data cataloging, adv. data technologies ...). Of course with a partnership mindset by design with business teams in France & beyond + IT&Data global network. All along my career, I have promoted digitalization of functions through user centric experience with the value creation mindset.In my role of IT&Data Transformation Officer in France, I'm also orchestrating IT&Data enablers X-Fnc for the major business transformation taking in place in France (PMO, digital strategy, master-plan, roadmap, projects delivery, change management, budget, support, tech innovation such as Big data, IoT, AI, VR/AR Low Code / No Code ...).I was previously IT&Data Director for the Research & Innovation centers of Danone Nutricia worldwide with major achievements such as Data transformation (Big Data, Data Science) & User centricity by design. Former position was stream lead for HR performance, talent & competencies, learning, master-data & data insight analysis processes in the worldwide IS/IT competency center covering more than 170 subsidiaries in the World. I was also leading & enabling the full renewall of the HR IS Platform from the architecture to the project management including animation of users communities.In charge of 10 direct reports since 2008, I have also a deep expertise with digital Tools (digital learning), collaborative usages, agile methodologies, SAAS/PAAS delivery models, business intelligence topics (PowerBI, Qlikview, Microstrategy), Rfi/Rfp & editors selection. I'm skilled on Cornerstone On Demand & Successfactors solutions but more generally on web & mobile technologies and cloud platforms.
