As a certified executive, business, and career coach, I work with clients to chart their next chapter of success. I partner with owners, solopreneurs, and leaders, resulting in a revised strategy, a new role, more growth, or a start-up company. Some of my proudest moments have been coaching and mentoring individuals and watching them accomplish amazing things.Prior to launching Next Decision Coaching, I was a Partner at Ernst and Young, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Digital Data and Analytics (DD&A) practice and the Lead Partner for the Advisory Consulting Program (ACP). During my tenure, I helped grow DD&A from 150 to 800 consultants and ACP from 300 to 1000 consultants. My other experiences include working as a Partner in IBM’s Global Business Services, as the COO of International Consulting Associates, and as a consultant at Bain & Co.I love to travel internationally, ski, and hike with my family. When not traveling, I am a huge fan and follower of soccer at all levels.
