Eric Gryson is the Chief Executive Officer at Ricoh Belgium and Ricoh Luxembourg. Ricoh is a Global Digital Services company with more than 90,000 employees around the world that is advancing the technological future through its products and Software as a Service (SaaS) document management applications. Eric started working at Ricoh in 1987 as an Indirect Sales Manager, continually advancing through the organization and holding roles including Product Manager, Marketing Manager, and Assistant General Manager. In 2000 he started as General Manager of Ricoh Belgium and was a critical part of the merger between Ricoh, NRG, and Nashuatec. He went on to become Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ricoh Belgium, and in 2009, Eric became CEO Ricoh for Belgium and Luxembourg, after more than 20 years in the company. Additionally, he helped the company thrive through a number of mergers including those with Infotec Belgium and InfoPrint Solutions and the acquisitions of Upfront and Telesafe.As a leader, Eric focuses on managing and motivating effective teams and being directly involved in the professional growth and development of employees. Outside of work, Eric is passionate about sports, specifically golf and off-road motorbiking. Eric holds a degree in Accountancy from the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
