  Deal Advisory – Valuation and Modeling:1) Providing equity / pre-IPO valuation through discounted cash flow (DCF) method and market approach to clients from various industries covering TMT, automobile, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, internet, and other industrial companies under IFRS, US GAAP and PRC GAAP2) Providing financial derivatives valuation service to clients from various industries for financial reporting and M&A purposes, and the derivatives including :employee stock option, preferred shares and equity allocation, equity call/put option, convertible bond, callable/putable bond, structured FX options, interest rate swap, FX forward, etc; 3) Providing statutory valuation to various clients for the purpose of tax filing, capital registration and state-owned assets transfer, also acting as signing CPV4) Assisting KPMG audit team to review and comment the valuation work performed by external appraisers, including equity and financial derivatives valuation, purchase price allocation, goodwill / long-term investments / fixed assets / intangible assets impairment tests under IFRS, US GAAP and PRC GAAP; and5) Providing deal support and pricing analysis to clients in the process of merger and acquisition and spin-off activities through business modeling; Risk Consulting – Financial Risk Management:1) Assisting a large Chinese bank to achieve Basel II market risk internal model approaches (IMA) compliance during a 2-year project period. Responsibilities include valuation model development for all trading instruments, risk factor configuration in IMA system; establishment of market data selection criteria; 2) Preparing the Business Continuity Management (BCM) training materials including desktop exercise scenarios for financial institutions and acted as a facilitator in training, drafted the post-exercise report of BCM desktop exercise.
