Without much planning, my career path thus far has appropriately placed me in a variety of customer service related positions. Considering my post-high school portfolio, I've been a Deli Associate for Strawbridge and Clothier in Philadelphia for 2 years (then "Strawbridges"), then a Sales Floor Associate for Office Cents for 4 years (a Family-owned office supply store, Formerly A. Pomerantz & Co. - also in Philadelphia), then to owning and operating the Wallenpaupack Bowling Center in Hawley, PA for 15 years. After selling the family business, I was a Server for almost 8 years at The Boathouse Restaurant in Hawley, PA and now I begin my next chapter with Settlers Hospitality at Glass wine. bar. kitchen. Since high school, I can say that over the past 25 years, the most satisfying accomplishment of any of my days is putting a smile on someone’s face. The most rewarding job I've ever had was being the Director of the Youth Bowling Program at our former bowling center. There is nothing more precious than the smile and admiration of a young child....absolutely nothing.
