• Work directly with sales aiding in growth and acquisition of new clients in the Chinese market Tasks are but not limited to (1) efficiently and effectively complete as assigned (2) have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing clerical responsibilities• Maintain accurate data and documentation of tasks as assigned• Support office sales and executives with general operational tasks; perform web research and data gathering on new clients and competition, primarily in the Chinese market• Manage communication of information and translation of documents in the Chinese market• Assist in preparation of sales presentation and marketing materials• Ensure files and documents are kept clean and organized at all times
