Responsible Production of CADD drawings to the requirements of the engineers. Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawing from the office in accordance with company’s Quality Assurance procedure. Ensure the format of the CADD drawing is set up to cater for individual projects specified agreements. Check / Edit drawings of the Cad team member. Digitized Electrical layout, Plumbing & Sanitary layout, Mechanical layout and Fire Protection System Layout. On site inspection and coordinate to site engineer for proper installation of actual layout. Attend to clients’ queries and requests prior to Revision and Finalization of the designs.

Responsible for Providing and maintaining progress report to Project Manager including percent of project completion, problems encountered and suggested solution. Attend to external costumer inquiry concerning technical issues, requirements needed for the progress report. Provide and Maintain documents tracking and control needed for the project gives instruction and duties to staff and set schedules of completion date.

Responsible for digital conversion of seamless land base maps including edge matching, layer, street name checking correction to GIS standard. Conversion of pole, manholes and conduit, secondary flexible maps by creating span field, messenger wire, DP, secondary cable, trenches, duct group and other network objects needed to GIS standard.Run conversion procedures and Train and assist new Cad staff
