This includes the setup and coverage of relevant health checks for platform uptime and regular reviews of platform outages w/accompanying tweaks/adjustments. I have been the only on call resource early in my position, but now share this with two other engineers.Responsible for other backend assignments.-These include (but not limited to) the initial implementation and updates for Plivo (SMS/MMS), MailGun (Email), Cloud Flare (DNS/Site Maintenance/Firewall, etc.) and Zapier (Webhooks). -Primary data import engineer (since late 2022). --This includes custom import engines for Shopify, Wix and various .CSV formats. --Creation of a standard import engine w/accompanying templates for easy desimination to merchants being onboarded. Principal benefit is a new staging database to cut down on import code updates. -OpenAI API implementation to provide tailored prompt base descriptions (products, etc) for merchants.Technologies: Azure, Azure Devops, SQL Server w/T-SQL and Visual Studio 2019 w/TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Entity Framework and .NET 3.1/6
