• Directly responsible for the management of multiple departments in a 400 lawyer firm including Information Technology and Security, Litigation Support, Knowledge Management, New Business Intake and Conflicts, Records, Project Management, and Docketing• Project sponsor and intimately involved in many firmwide initiatives including the transition from an on-premise phone system to a completely virtual platform, transitioning the DMS (document management system) from a traditional on-premise version to the cloud, migrating the firm from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now onto Windows 11, firmwide records cleanup of both physical and electronic records, and developing the firm’s new financial analytics and reporting system• Manage a team of 67 employees, an outsourced training team, and an outsourced help desk.
