In 2017, I co founded Impello Biosciences with Michael Key & Adam DeRosa to help farmers grow better food. We develop and manufacture novel biological inputs that enhance plant performance. Through this journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how companies scale—from product innovation and operational management to global go-to-market strategies, sales and marketing approaches, and building strong teams and cultures.Since then, I founded Franny Amare, where I'm deeply passionate about investing and owning impactful and profound organizations.
