Provide guidance and leadership to HR Business partners and leaders with an intentional focus on leadership talent planning and development, engagement, employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, and risk mitigation. (3 direct reports and 4 matrixed reports) Provide leadership to the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) and HR Compliance team. (Manager and 9 rollup reports)Responsible for annual goal planning and meeting operational budget targets.Led project team to develop and launch Key Metrics dashboard in Workday to provide leaders with timely, relevant, and connected workforce data.Co-led cross functional team to enhance the Employee Onboarding Experience and implement a minimum three week hiring standard system-wide for external hires. Partnered with Employee Health & Wellness to greatly improve the extended leave of absence and medical accommodation review process. Implemented an employee relations pilot to measure case volume and type across two business units (Ambulatory Services and Patient Care) with the goal of creating a Center of Excellence (COE) for employee relations. Workday Core Human Capital Management team lead. Member of annual flu vaccine religious waiver request committee.
