I joined S&J fulltime in 2019 to expand on my responsibilities of overseeing all of their Technology and Security to include Finance and Human Resources. In my current role I work with several other Firm Administrators that each of key roles in support Attorneys and maintaining the success of the Firm. S&J is involved in many different legal areas, but we specialize in Healthcare Law. We have a large staff of non Attorneys which include areas of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Claims Specialist and Collectors.

In 2015 I began helping clients with compliance based needs. I have specifically concentrated on HIPAA compliance from the side of the Business Associate. I have also been involved with Security Risk Audits, remediation and documentation for companies working with the FDIC. Now in the role of Vice President of Technology for TFG, I still maintain my client relationships but I am working with other skilled individuals to expand on assessing IT security risks, compliance needs, and policies and procedures for small and medium sized businesses.

After working for TFG in mostly an internal IT Manager capacity, the company started to develop an IT Managed Services portion to their business. Since 2010 I have developed relationships with multiple companies ranging in size to help strengthen, and support, their IT functions while attempting to develop better processes that align with company goals. My group has been responsible for tasks from Helpdesk and End-user support, Disater Planning, Networking and Offsite Server Implementations, to C-Level Direction and Planning.

I was hired as the IT Manager at TFG to transition their technology from Tulsa, OK to Houston, TX. For several years I was responsible for planning, budgeting and implementing the projects dealing with technology including all aspects for Disaster Recovery, MS Windows environments (Exchange, SharePoint, SQL), GreatPlains for an ERP system, and various other systems.
