Pipeline Engineer
Current● Design and assess the results of pipeline hydrostatic tests for stock pipe and in-service lines● Provide support for construction, business development, and all field personnel● Update company procedures to ensure they are in compliance with Federal regulations● Hold annual risk analysis meetings with different company departments● Review results of failure analysis using both destructive and non-destructive testing● Interface with Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Material SafetyAdministration, and Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission officials during audits● Manage, implement, and document the Integrity Management Program for over 75+ liquids pipeline assets with varying diameters, materials, and other characteristics East of Ohio● Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations● Assess the results of smart pig in-line-inspection integrity assessments, prepare dig lists, and communicate the results within the company and to the vendor as necessary● Integrate all available historical data to create a comprehensive integrity picture of an asset● Develop appropriate action plans and reassessment intervals based on assessment results
