Answered live calls, webchats, emails, and voicemails from national hotline to provide information/education, resources/referrals, emotional support, and financial assistance related to MS to help clients navigate services, make informed decisions, and increase stability in their lives while living with an unpredictable disease. • Mentored MS Navigators by hosting ride-alongs, develop training sessions, and provide peer to peer coaching to onboard new staff. • Participated in Financial Assistance Strategy Work Group to ensure financial assistance program’s efficacy as MS Navigator program evolved from statewide to Nationwide services. • Participated in MS Navigator Services Work Group to update Operating Principles, Guiding Principles, and MS Navigator Vision to be inclusive and proactive. • Collaborated with service providers to provide financial assistance and leverage funds.

Developed and maintained violence prevention curriculum around Teen Dating Violence, Sexual Violence, Sexuality, Sex Trafficking, and Bullying/Harassment for 6th-12th grade students. Grew school-based program by double from educating approximately 30,000 unique students a year to 65,000 unique students a year in over 10 metro-area districts. • Conducted student advisory groups as well as anger management, survivor support groups, and created a GSA club in a Middle School.• Evaluated program effectiveness through pre-post surveys, social-emotional surveys, truancy data, and CDOI (Client Directed Outcome Informed). • Trained new Cornerstone staff, volunteers, and community partners during the 60 hour domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking training which led to certification as a sexual assault advocate. • Provided professional training on power-based violence to school personnel from over 10 metro-area districts and police officers in suburban communities.
