Responsible for the day to day production at Intermountain Blending & Filling. My team consists of the Compounding, Filling, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments with over 100 employees. WE create products from start to ship. The primary functions are with safety and quality in mind while striving to hit our performance metrics and come in under budget on products. Utilizing Six Sigma principles we are always looking at Continuous Improvement and cost reduction projects. Everything has a process or procedure which are audited frequently looking at the efficacy of the process. Streamlined the training and onboarding processes for our new hires.

Responsible for the purchasing of spares and consumables for the contract packaging maintenance department, setting up the storeroom and maintenance shop, managing technicians, project work, and vendor procurement. Currently I have implemented and maintain the CMMS SAP PM for Scentsy and IBF. Created the Preventative/Predictive maintenance program for the facility. Maintenance planning is a large part of my role. Active member in continuous improvement, first response team, OSHA 10 certification, and safety committee member, assisted in project management for new production lines. Ensure on time start-ups with minimal downtime. Lead a team of technicians to with a focus on root cause and continuous improvement.

My career at Nestle started in April of 2003 as an operator. In the spring of 2005 I was awarded the apprenticeship positon in the maintenance department. They sent me to BSU to complete the Manufacturing Systems Technology course. In the Spring of 2007 I graduated from BSU with an AAS and became a full Technician. Since then I have attended some PLC classes, Fike Explosion valve certification and AMM inventory training. I am striving to push my career in a controls systems direction.
