Lead team which provides development and support services across all AMD applications, including SAP, non-SAP, Custom Applications and Enterprise Information Management which include Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). These development services involve aligning on business strategies and defining supporting IT solution roadmaps in support of all lines of business within AMD, including Corporate Services, Global Operations, Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Engineering. These services include programming, technical configuration, application integration and testing/QA, application operations and support. The mission is to drive Operational Excellence and ensure full leverage of standard solutions (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc) by delivering technical and functional best practices and shared services to all IT teams. All this while driving down Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and provide new world class innovative solutions through custom development which provide AMD a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The team managed all legacy applications and all the go forward programs to migrate all capability to SAP’s SCM, ERP and GTS solutions along with an internally developed Manufacturing Execution Solution. The team retired numerous legacy applications and migrated all HP’s strategic solutions into HP’s Next Generation Data Centers.

The team manages all legacy applications and all the go forward programs to migrate all capability to SAP’s SCM and ERP solutions.

Lead a very diverse, heavily skilled and senior team of SAP professionals. The team was focused on delivering best practices and common services across the de-centralized HP SAP ecosystem. The team was also responsible for managing the overall HP-SAP relationship for HP as a SAP customer. This included managing future development with SAP as well as all contractual relationships globally. Finally, the team was responsible for evaluating future technologies from SAP, specifically related to SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Services Architecture.
