I have been a Sales Professional for most of my adult life. For various reasons most were short term. However, my sales abilities are equal to or better than most. I have been an insurance agent for many companies, sometimes commission only. I have been an account executive for radio and newspaper. A sales representative for both a soda distributor and a liquor distributor. A night auditor for several hotels. I have managed a Motel 6 and a Subway Restaurant. I have been a substitute teacher or teacher assistant at public schools and catholic schools. I have done Break The Cycle workshops for public school students, college students, and other adult groups such as the City of Saint Louis Health Department. My current goal is to improve a community by exposing the residents to the new rules from my book The Ten Relationship Rules For Family Power. I know if a community were introduced to the rules they would correct many of the problems associated with the breakdown of the family. Some of those problems include poor performing schools, high drop out rates, gangs, drug abuse and sells, high crime, low employment and business opportunities, high incarceration and arrests, and poor relations among men and women. Break The Cycle is the most proactive, thorough and low cost plan I have seen. I would like a community to contract with Break The Cycle for its services.Specialties: I have written 2 books based on independent study. The first called Break The Cycle is out of print. The new book, mentioned above, is a continuation of the first. I have done workshops, hosted 2 radio talk shows, 1 tv talk show, produced t-shirts and signs. Established BTC as a 501c3. Most people are pleased with the concept and presentation. Many of the adults wish they were taught these rules prior to their relationships. Children are relieved that most of their decisions are made easier.
