• Assists in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts.• Assists in monthly financial close including preparation of various journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions and variance analysis.• Prepares revenue and cost analysis. • Prepares monthly revenue gain/loss schedules. • Prepares and reviews financial performance as requested by COO.• Assists in preparation of Site Action Plans, and participates in monthly SAP meetings with Practice Leaders, Regional Operations Directors and the Director of Finance.• Assists in supporting internal and external audits. • Assists in conducting special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in gathering data and preparing analyses. • Provides financial analysis and business decision support to management• Work directly with the senior leadership team to manage monthly reporting, financial analysis and the multi year planning and budgeting process. • Provide financial and analytical support to management for making quality data-driven decisions
