As the Operations Assistant my duties include training and developing efficient warehouse and delivery driver operations to achieve maximum productivity in the workplace by developing operational standards and building a high performing leadership team.

As the Administrator my duties began by recruiting, orienting and training new employees to Tributary’s standards in operations and petroleum engineering data entry. Daily duties include tracking and forecasting financials, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, scheduling and organizing logistics for employees and equipment to effectively meet customers needs.

As a Production Operator my duty was to supervise well pad and tank battery facility operations while flowing equipment single or dual stage separation through three and four phase separators with or without line heaters. Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment for consistent production rates and critical flow per well.

During my career with Chick-fil-A I’ve worked for 15 locations throughout Texas starting as a nighttime kitchen employee and ending my career as Director of Operations and Leadership Development for the North Austin Texas market. Developing standards and procedures to execute operational excellence and to identify growth opportunities for both employees and the business was my primarly objective.

As the Branch Manager my duty was to manage operations of the cash vault and eight courier routes. This included auditing liability, ATM machines and providing a direct customer service line for customers.
