• Rebranded GLEH as a national organization with invitations as a panelist at the first White House Conference on LGBT Aging and International Conference on LGBT Aging in Paris, France.• Broke ground on new, 40 unit LGBT friendly affordable housing complex in Hollywood within first 9 months.• Convened meetings with community stakeholders, funders and elected officials to scale GLEH’s successful model to Houston, TX and Wilton Manors, FL. The Law Harrington Senior Living Center, a 112 unit complex in the Montrose area of Houston opened in 2021 as a result of this innovative model.

• Responsible for the oversight and implementation of statewide fund development; including five black tie galas and 45 major donor house parties and special events. 2011 San Francisco Equality Awards were sold out one month in advance and exceeded goal by 25%; 2011 Palm Springs Equality Awards exceeded all revenue goals as a result of powerful messaging, despite an absent Executive Director from the program.• Achieved electoral and legislative revenue goals in order to achieve historic victories in 2010 of endorsed candidates and sponsored bills.• Raised over $6 million in 2010 with more than $1.5 million in net assets from 600,000 statewide members.

• Achieved record-breaking fundraising year, raising $4.25 million, which was $350,000 above the organization's goal.• Managed and retained a dynamic and passionate team of seven marketing, development and donor relations professionals.• Strategically proposed local identifier name change from “United Way of Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake Counties” to “United Way of the Wine Country” in order to align with the local community and brand on the national level.

• Managed team of four development officers, seven consultants and two administrative staff.• Exceeded aggressive goal of $864,000 (12% increase from 2003 - 2004) with a final of $970,000.• Developed and implemented ‘Big Four Challenge’ amongst the Big Four accounting firms. Result was a $484,000 combined campaign, increasing 48% from 2003 - 2004. ‘Big Four Challenge’ 2005 resulted in $525,000. The challenge raised more than $1 million dollars for Santa Clara County in subsequent years.
