-Manage a team of process engineers to support composite fan blade and spacer production-Industrial lead for LEAP fan blade & spacer program-Oversee projects to ensure cost, labor time, and cycle time targets are achieved -Main point of contact for design, trial requests, and quality issues-Monitor first time yield, launching projects as required to obtain company goals-Manage introduction of new design definitions in factory-Manage industrialization process and all actions associated with validation-Maintain configuration control between multiple plant locations-Ensure process improvements are validated ahead of production needs

Update and validate procedures and work instructions while taking into consideration operator feedback, equipment, process data, and customer requirements. Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. Monitor and update SPC database. Generate manufacturing data reports to support immediate feedback to operators. Monitor production to detect and prevent process drifts. Support all non-conformity activities, from supplying the proper data to Quality Engineers to direct disposition of parts. Analyze manufacturing data to assess capability and determine opportunities for process improvements. Support the implementation of Lean principles. Create visual management standards to communicate performance.

Develop CMM inspection programs and fixturing with the emphasis of streamlining and automating inspection data collection. Review inspection reports generated in the Inspection Expert software. Work with the Mechanical Engineer and Product Development Engineer to ensure that all required inspection items are documented. Design and develop specialized gaging when appropriate. Provide support for inspection staff in troubleshooting measurement issues including correlation, repeatability, and accuracy. Support Quality Engineering Manager in the collection, analysis and electronic submission of aerospace inspection/certification documents for customer approval of part shipment. This includes the required preproduction, FAIR, and production inspection/certification documents. Perform blade profile analysis using analysis tools such as Smart Fit and other tools developed by engineering and generate reports per customer requirements. Support Quality Manager in the writing of process documentation and inspection related work instructions. Support Corporate SPC Specialist in implementing Statistical Process Controls both in the production areas and final inspection (with data provided directly from CMM. Participate in the Contract Review process as the Quality representative. Provide input to Sales and Manufacturing concerning quality requirements. Ensure that all customer quality requirements can be met. Work with the customer when needed to clarify any unique quality requirements.

Involved with the crystal growth process and sapphire characterization. Control the disposition of material into fabrication from the Growth Department. Supervise the balance of resources for R&D and production while overseeing the flow of the product throughout the fabrication floor. Preform multiple quality checks mid process to maximize fabrication output. Supervise the transfer of material to and from partnering companies and facilities. Collect and analyze standard data and present the capabilities and efficiencies of equipment and material on the fabrication floor – wire saws, slicers, grinders, polishers. Work with engineers and technicians in fabrication, R&D, and Growth to implement new procedures and processes. Learn and work with new equipment to create consistent results and product.

Responsible for installation of tents and special features at different venues all over the New England region. Fosters one-on-one relationships with clients during installations and ensures customer satisfaction. Oversees and coordinates all activities of the team in which I manage up 20 different workers on a weekly basis.
