I am the person that has always liked to take on the challenge and do the project or task that I had no idea how to do. It started when I broke my neck when I was a child and was not allowed to play the one contact sport I wanted to play which was football.So when I graduated high school I worked out that 160lb frame got it ready for football and a year later walked on at Kansas State University.I have that has worked for several small companies that we grew to mid size companies and in doing that they were kind of like stratus's, so through those experiences I have learned a wide range of skills.My strength starts with my personal skills with people, I can coach, train, coddle or handle difficult clients or employees. I see the big picture and I am plain and simple a problem solver. I love being part of a team that makes its own batteries, inverters and racking so we can drive down the cost of a project. I have a unique ability to see problems and know how to address them rather quickly. I have a constant drive for learnign new things.
