Conducts and writes Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Transaction Screening Reports for past and present environmental liabilities of commercial, industrial and residential properties with complete documentation. Conducts lead paint and air quality testing at commercial and industrial buildings. Completes scheduling, invoicing and budgeting.Specialties: USTs and all reporting associated with them.
