Changes implemented include product pricing, product set breadth, and product oversight / monitoring protocol • Strategic Planning & Execution of initiatives and projects for Products & Advice: Responsible for leading the Products & Advice organization in large-scale, firm-wide strategic initiatives • Product Strategy and Risk Controls: Managed strategically significant risk-reduction efforts such as Product Simplification, development of a Complex Product training certification program, and development of a Complex Product Reporting tool• Data Analytics and Reporting: Direct the efforts of a data analytics and reporting team that provides data support across the broader Products & Advice organization. Examples of the analysis produced include Advisory Program Flow analysis, product usage trends, suitability analysis, and pricing & profitability analysis• COO responsibilities for the Products & Advice organization: This includes coordinating with Finance to set and manage budgets, development of staffing review and approval process, and management & oversight of an offshore analytics team. • Serve as Co-Chairman of the Business Risk Assessment Sub-Committee, Co-Chairman of the Business Development Sub-Committee, Vice-Chairman of Product Committee, voting member of Roadmap Governance Committee, Deal Commitment Committee, and Change Readiness Committee

• Key member of the team that manages the $550 million partnership between Wells Fargo Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors.• Work closely with Wells Fargo Securities Equity Origination, Securities Research, Equity Syndicate, High Grade Debt Syndicate, and Investment Banking teams to provide product suitable for Wells Fargo Advisors retail distribution. • Collaborate with senior management in Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Products Group, Advisory Services Group, Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance to vet concerns and gain support for potential transactions originated by Wells Fargo Securities. • Provide leadership of multiple Commitment Committees for Wells Fargo Advisors. Committees are responsible for reviewing, approving, and setting investment objective suitability guidelines for each transaction underwritten by Wells Fargo Securities or third party providers. In 2009 these committees reviewed a total of 259 unique transactions

• Successfully managed a trading profit center comprised of two traders responsible for 68 Nasdaq-listed securities. Responsibilities included monthly and annual profit & loss management, best-execution analysis, commission dollar maximization, and regulatory compliance. • Worked closely with the firm’s investment banking teams to identify opportunities that enhanced the strategic position of our corporate finance clients. Examples of such opportunities include corporate stock re-purchase programs under SEC rule 10b-18, Private Investments in Public Enterprise (PIPE) transactions, and control or restricted stock sales under SEC rule 10b5-1.
