I've built and readied organizations for organic growth as well as investment from Venture, Private Equity as well as Strategic Partners. There is no cookie cutter for success and that's the fun of it all. Identifying and committing to a Vision and grounding your Brand with a Mission/Purpose is key. Most importantly, invest in people.
