Serve as the Director of the Integrated Solutions Division (ISD) within the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The ISD division delivers comprehensive coordination and delivery of licensing, technology advancements, and GIS services for the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Actively participate in prototype review to determine if division requirements were captured and configured correctly.- Coordinate agency activities for UAT for each division.- Coordinate the go-live implementation plan for each division with MDARD project lead, DTMB project manager, and Accela staff. - Monitor defect tracking logs and facilitate problem resolutions.- Coordinate business process improvement sessions with divisions and units related to implementation.- Obtain requirements for Operation Excellence metric reports for programs integrated into Accela; leveraging knowledge of existing reports to make recommendations and to standardize reporting across the agency.- Prepare reports on project progress as requested.- Conduct configuration changes and necessary programming for maintenance to the Accela Automation system.

- Served as IT Liaison, created reports using Salesforce software, troubleshooting computer problems, financial auditing of grant money.- Served on the Departments Information Management Governance Board, performance excellence workgroup and migrant labor workgroup. - Compiled, reviewed, and monitored statistical, financial and other industry data from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, MSU and other industry partners. - Created, prepared and edited reports, including organization of data for publications and presentations. - Uploaded the agriculture development divisions web content on the intranet. - Assisted with client software from MEDC (Salesforce CRM) to provide support and create reports. - Handled procurement duties such as: monitoring and paying cell phone bills, process purchasing requisitions and payments for contracts, services, supplies and maintenance. - Served as Travel Liaison by preparing and arranging travel plans for agriculture development staff. This database also collected total investment, total job creation and total time spent on each pending project.- Helped to rewrite grant agreements, abstracts and grant overview documents for three different grant programs (Value Added Food Hub, Specialty Crop Block Grant, Strategic Growth Initiative). - Performed audit processing/tracking of all grant awardees based on financial agreements within the corresponding grant agreement. - Processed Contract/Grant Payment Authorizations (CPAs).

-Scheduling monthly/annual meetings for MCCDEC, Data Workshop conferences, Programs of study, and many other meetings within our department. -Creating split fund reports using Microsoft Excel to calculate each employee's work hours, sick leave hours, and payment hours for each fiscal year. -Working with invoices and Perkins grants between each community college and our department.-Organizing invoices, sending payments/bills to grant coordinators, and keeping a log of all grant monies given each year.-Updating and compiling the annual Activities Classification Structure report, using a multitude of formula's, and procedures in Microsoft Excel, and Access to track financial and student data for Community Colleges in the State of Michigan.-Updating the stats for Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS) using Microsoft Excel, to help our department track classes, registrations, pre-tests, and post-tests among schools in the state of Michigan.
