Designed systems to reduce ISO container footprint by 57% delivering significant transportation cost savings to customers. Led intellectual property protection and served on the Executive Quality Management Review Board for BOH’s ISO Certifications. • Secured and managed the company’s first 5-year, $500MM contract with DLA Troop Support. Overall DLA “Exceptional” CPAR ratings enabled the company to earn follow-on 5-year $500MM contract. • Led development of our only GSA Schedule proposal and negotiated contract award which resulted in over $40MM in GSA orders. • Awarded a competitive bid for an upgraded US Army ISO-Certified Container that was designed, tested, and fielded for the intermodal transportation of CL IX Repair/Spare Parts in Stryker Brigades. Led proposal effort for this $22MM contract and served as contract principal.• Led preparation of white paper for senior Army leaders to better understand the FPU value for the mission which continues today making it the standardized expeditionary container for repair parts in Armor, Infantry, Aviation and Stryker combat brigades.• Marketed and closed standardized applications for cost-effective FPU Systems to satisfy expeditionary logistics requirements for the US Joint Force and several US Coalition Partners.• Spearheaded and managed company’s strategic partnerships with B2B customers under DLA TVR Program. Achieved cumulative booked sales of $17MM. • Managed major proposals, briefings, presentations, marketing brochures and technical writing requirements.• Led company efforts to secure 4 US patents and 2 European patents (11 countries) and “FPU” trademark registration US and 21 EU countries. Co-inventor on two patents.
