In my current role, I lead data-driven initiatives for our People Insights team includingglobal job architecture and pay scale development, and guiding strategic financial review. I ensure seamlessintegration of M&A data, optimize ETL processes, and provide data-driveninsights to compensation teams. Further, I develop advanced analytics tools(Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Fabric) for HR KPI monitoring and reporting while also ensuringdata accuracy in Workday reporting. Some of my proudest achievements so farinclude:• Spearheaded data integration for M&A deals, encompassing thousands ofemployees.• Drove company-wide job catalog and compensation structure overhaul,reducing the catalog by 66% and mapping market data for 32,000+ globalemployees.• Automated global ETL processes, reducing human error for cyclical processes that have paid out nearly $1 billion to-date.
