Managing Principal of DHL&S—Responsible for leadership, oversight, administration and implementation of the Firm’s operations and strategic plans. In addition to management responsibilities, I am a Client Service Principal specializing in accounting and auditing. With over 35 years of public accounting experience, I have an expertise in serving companies in the financial services industry, including broker/dealers, mortgage service firms, registered investment advisors and equipment leasing companies. As Co-Director of the Firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution Group, I specialize in serving manufacturing companies and am also experienced in serving not-for-profit organizations, and wholesale and retail businesses. As a trusted advisor to clients, I assist them with a wide range of business operations, including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and various capital transactions. Regularly conduct local and national training programs and seminars on accounting and auditing matters and topical issues. Actively participates and serves in leadership roles with several organizations, including the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, Cardinal Shehan Center, Town of Orange Connecticut Pension Board, New Haven Jewish Foundation, Greater New Haven Cemetery Association, Jewish Home for the Elderly and the Or Shalom/BISC Cemetery Association. Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
